Groups & Workshops

Creative spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, feel safe together, grow in confidence, break free from stress and create ADHD-friendly habits.

The Power Of The Group

Individual therapy can be incredibly powerful, but there is also something meaningful about being in a space with people who understand what it feels like to hold everything together whilst slowly losing yourself in the process. These groups and workshops are designed to bring people together to reflect, learn, get creative and reconnect with themselves alongside others in similar positions.

Workshops offer a brief insight into this work, with the opportunity to explore a particular topic, learn something new, connect with yourself and others, and bring in elements of creativity along the way. Groups are the next step on from this, offering a more ongoing space within the same small group to focus more deeply on one area of the self discovery journey over a number of weeks.

Groups and workshops can also be developed and delivered for community groups, charities and organisations.
